Summary: This hotel is nothing like the pictures. My room floor was so dirty that I had to wear shoes even after I got out of the shower. The pillows were so hard that I have a neck ache all day. 100-% polyester sheets and I covered my area in the bed with the extra towels because it was like sleeping in plastic. The restaurant is depressing and zero people in the morning so I found somewhere else to get a coffee and someNo working area in the hotel and also

Summary: Great location, safe neighborhood. A lot to do, eat and see in the area. The hotel itself, however, is ok. The service is not the best, especially when it comes to the restaurant/bar area. They don't have the best attitude either. Would I stay there again? Probably, but I would look elsewhere first.

Summary: We enjoyed our visit. East Liberty’s neighborhood is in transition. It was dirty in the alleys and side streets. The hotel was one of the brighter spots. The decor was charming, but worn out. Our lounge chair was broken and dirty. The room and bath were clean. The TV was too small for the space and hard to see when in bed. The bed was ok, good pillow! Loved the size of the shower and bath in our King Suite. Staff was Amazing! The food was good too. Hats off to the cook! We like the Baker Square town center. It was a lot of fun. The Food was mostly fried , but there were salad offerings. They had a Jeni’s ice cream, but we bailed after standing in line for 40 minutes. We will check back in a couple years.

Summary: Nice hotel with awesome breakfast and friendly staff. Room was nice with very large, modern bathroom. Room could use a bit more lights, but otherwise really had a great stay.

Summary: Front desk folks were very nice at check-in. Got to room and quickly realized toilet was leaking. Called front desk for help, told us they would send someone, but no one ever showed up. Bedside table was missing entire drawer. Window blind was broke...would not go up. Mold in shower (on a positive note, the shower was very large). Valet parking was expensive, but easy to use. Expected more for a $270 room.

Summary: Front desk was super welcoming. Shelly in the bar was AMAZING. Super busy Tuesday night and was one step ahead of all guests needs all night. Friendly and exceptionally professional. All staff I encountered were perfect

Summary: The first room I was assigned had an entrance door that was broken. The door could be locked from the inside with some force, however, it did not lock when closed from the outside. The second room was fine, but I never was able to connect to the wifi.
